Xchange Partners With Oculos
Xchange announced that it has signed a partnership deal with Oculos AB, one of Sweden's leading CRM solution providers, to support Xchange's growth in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Oculos will resell Xchange's analytical CRM solutions throughout the Nordic region where Xchange already helps several clients including SEB, Trygg-Hansa and Egmont, to grow the value of their customer relationships.

Peregrine Bundles Training With ServiceCenter

ATA Signs Deal With SBC And Rockwell
American Trans Air (ATA) has contracted with Rockwell Electronic Commerce and SBC Call Center Solutions to provide the national major air carrier turnkey call center solutions for its reservation and customer contact facilities in Chicago and Indianapolis. Playing a pivotal role in the contract's award to SBC and Rockwell Electronic Commerce was the custom lease and financing package created by SBC Capital Services, the company's financial services arm.
