Onyx Strengthens CRM Offering
Onyx announced it has shipped German, French, Spanish and Japanese versions of Onyx Employee Portal (OEP) 3.0 - Onyx's third-generation, Internet-native CRM portal. The company is also working with partners to ship other foreign language versions of OEP 3.0 in the next few months, including Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian versions. The 3.0-based products leverage Unicode - a character-encoding standard, which supports all languages and allows companies to use multi-lingual text in a single database.

Squarepeg Teams With salesforce.com
