Revenio Announces Dialog 3.0
Revenio announced the availability of Revenio Dialog version 3.0, a software platform that aims to give companies capabilities for automating the process of acquiring, developing and retaining loyal and profitable customer relationships. This new release of Revenio Dialog offers an outbound marketing automation solution, enabling companies to design, execute and measure everything from simple marketing campaigns to dialogs that span multiple communication touch-points. In addition, Revenio Dialog 3.0 includes the ability to customized Web pages into dialogs, queue relevant content to Web sites and leverage content-management applications.

Peregrine Rolls Out RosettaNet Package
Peregrine Systems announced the availability of RosettaNet Process Services (RNPS), an outsourced managed service offering for RosettaNet enablement, hosted on Peregrine's global trading network, Get2Connect. RNPS offers companies in the electronics, high tech and semiconductor industry an alternative to building in-house resources for RosettaNet capabilities. The RNPS offering includes RosettaNet certification, B2B process management, connectivity and data transformation capabilities.

newScale Launches RequestCenter 2
newScale announced version 2 of its flagship product, RequestCenter. Starbucks Corporation and Grupo Vitro have begun using newScale's RequestCenter to automate their shared services delivery.

Avaya Delivers Unified Messaging Solution
Avaya introduced a unified messaging solution that allows mobile workers to access voice messaging, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook functions, such as e-mail, calendar and task list management, using conversational phrases from any phone.

MessageMedia Releases UnityMail
MessageMedia released UnityMail 5.1, its newest version of UnityMail enterprise solution software. This database-enabled software offers capabilities with reporting and international language messaging capabilities. UnityMail 5.1 increases the scope of e-mail marketing, allowing marketers to deliver targeted, permission-based campaigns.

Epicor Unveils XML Web Services
Epicor announced its Internet architecture, based on the Microsoft .NET platform for Extensible Markup Language (XML) Web services. The deployment of the Microsoft .NET platform will allow Epicor's midmarket customers to move to the multi-channel Net-enabled business world. Epicor will begin to deliver its Microsoft .NET compatible Internet architecture, XML Web service applications and tools as part of its product lines, following the launch of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and the Microsoft .NET Framework.

eOn Launches Alliance Partner Program
eOn is launching the company's new Alliance Partner Program to engage business partners who provide technologies and service offerings that complement eOn's eQueue Multi-Media Contact Center Solution. eOn named R. Anthony Bolin as director of partnerships and alliances. Bolin's focus will be to drive additional business for eOn and its partners through expanding programs with existing partners and establishing new relationships that leverage tightly coupled, combined solutions to meet customers' needs.

Support.com Honored
Support.com announced it has been honored by The San Francisco Business Times as a ``Hot Producer'' of technology and has received the publication's 2001 HotTech Internet Innovator Award. The San Francisco Business Times editors and a panel of independent judges selected Support.com as one of 10 Bay Area companies to receive the 2001 Hot Producer Award for outstanding Internet practices and technology excellence. more »

KANA For MSN
KANA announced that Microsoft has selected KANA IQ software as one of its MSN Internet Access customer service center solutions. KANA was selected to enable the more than 2,000 customer service and technical support representatives to deliver information to MSN Internet Access service customers.

McKesson Wins STAR Award
The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) announced that McKesson Corporation was recognized for their customer service excellence with a SSPA Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) Award, at the recently held Horizons 2002 World Conference in Savannah, Georgia. Chosen as the best in what they do, McKesson Corporation was honored for delivering exemplary technical support to their customers and was presented with a 2001 STAR Award in the Most Improved category. more »
