InterVoice-Brite Announces VoiceXML Capabilities
iVB Network Solutions, a division of InterVoice-Brite, announced that VoiceXML capabilities have been incorporated into its speech-enabled Omvia solutions. VoiceXML is a standard ``markup language'' for the creation of speech-enabled services that allow telephone users to access information stored on the Internet and in other multi-platform data sources.

Bluestreak Acquires Adknowledge
Bluestreak announced that it acquired Engage Adknowledge intellectual property and customer lists for the U.S. and certain other territories. Bluestreak will leverage the strengths of the AdKnowledge unit including market relationships and customer service. In addition, Bluestreak is expected to transition a portion of the installed base of AdKnowledge users to the Bluestreak serving platform, called ION.
