Strenuus has just launched SiteOutlook, its new customer retention and web site monitoring tool. SiteOutlook is a tool designed to give web site owners notification of site problems or service interruptions, and reach customers who were affected by these problems.

PeopleSoft Announces New Mid-Market Products
PeopleSoft announced four new Accelerated eBusiness Solutions focused on customer and supplier management. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions include PeopleSoft Accelerated Support and Accelerated Sales and Marketing. The new Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions include Accelerated Distribution and Accelerated Procurement.

Blueprint3 Targets Collaborative Commerce
Blueprint3 announced that it has launched Proactive Internet Program (PIP) software and aims to improve collaborative commerce by pushing Internet-enabled 'mini applications' to desktop and mobile devices. The software operates over existing messaging infrastructures, such as email and instant messaging. They can be configured to perform specific operations such as order tracking, workplace administration or electronic banking.

NCR And Scientific Games Team Up
SCIENTIFIC GAMES and NCR announced they have signed an agreement to pursue new business opportunities in Australia and Asia. Autotote Systems, a Scientific Games subsidiary, and NCR will seek to supply pari-mutuel organizations in Australia and Hong Kong with new technologies including terminals, central systems and facilities management services.

Cessna Chooses StayinFront
StayinFront announced that Cessna Single Engine has selected StayinFront's Visual Elk and Panorama solutions to provide a CRM solution. Single Engines decision follows the selection last year of Visual Elk by the Citation division of Cessna Aircraft Company.

Forbes Rates E.piphany
E.piphany announced that Forbes recognized E.piphany as one of the best B2B companies in the CRM space in its annual Best of The Web magazine in the September 10, 2001 issue. E.piphany was also ranked the third most dynamic Internet company in the annual Forbes ASAP Dynamic 100 Listing. more »

Extreme Networks Selects noHold
noHold has agreed to provide its Instant Support to Extreme Networks. Instant Support, noHold's Web-based query-and-response inferential engine aims to help technicians install and configure networks.

1mage Selects Persona
Persona, a provider of online relationship marketing solutions, announced that it has signed an agreement with 1mage Software to implement the Persona p-CRM Internet marketing platform on the 1mage.com web site. 1mage will be utilizing the p-CRM system to deliver graphically-enriched HTML email newsletters and product information to its customers and prospects.
