Interactive Intelligence and IBM Korea signed a reseller agreement allowing IBM Korea to market, sell and support Interactive Intelligence's interaction management software to contact centers and enterprises throughout Korea. IBM Korea specializes in e-business solutions and plans to promote the Interactive Intelligence product line as a multi-channel solution for distributed contact centers.

Interface Announces Plug-ins for Plumtree
Interface Software announced availability of a new suite of Plumtree Gadget Web Services for its InterAction Relationship Intelligence solution, and a partnership with Plumtree Software. Plumtree Gadget Web Services are plug-in portal components that deliver services from enterprise applications and Internet sites to the business desktop. InterAction is a client relationship management (CRM) solution for professional services.

Corel Standardizes On Aspect
Aspect announced that Corel has selected the Aspect Contact Server to provide an important element of its customer service strategy. The Aspect Contact Server integrates with Corel's Onyx customer databases. When a customer contacts Corel for technical support, the Aspect Contact Server will route the contact to the support representative with the most appropriate skills based on information in the customer's record.

BroadVision Helps Anderson Trucking Deliver
BroadVision announced that ATS/Sureway has gone live with a new logistics web site using a suite of e-business applications from BroadVision. Based on BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise and BroadVision Publishing Center, the new site for ATS/Sureway, the logistics division of ATS, now offers customers, independent trucking contractors and transportation brokerage agents personalized logistics services and e-business site in the trucking industry.

Caterpillar Selects OneCARE
Caterpillar has partnered with software developer and services company OneCARE to develop the Driver Comfort Control System SMARTManual, a new Web-based service that incorporates text, photos, animation, video, and three-dimensional product views into an online owner's manual.

HealthNow Selects Pegasystems
Pegasystems announced that HealthNow New York has purchased an enterprise license for claims exception processing, a component of PegaCRM Healthcare. Pegasystems' technology includes a workflow engine that performs tasks without manual intervention and Pegasystems' patented rules technology allows business users to implement directives in response to changing market and business needs.

NetManage and IIS Partner
NetManage announced that Integrated Information Systems(IIS) has joined the NetManage Partner Program enabling its consultants to deliver NetManage solutions to clients. The partnership with IIS, a technology and business consultancy, provides NetManage with additional resources to implement and sell its application integration software to meet global demand.

Intelliseek Selects MicroStrategy 7
MicroStrategy, a provider of business intelligence software, announced that Intelliseek, a provider of enterprise intelligence solutions, has chosen the MicroStrategy 7 Business Intelligence Platform for Intelliseek Corporate Intelligence Service. By leveraging the MicroStrategy Software Developer's Kit to create a Web-based application for its CIS product, Intelliseek provides early warning, rumor management insight and consumer feedback to its clients.
