Oracle shipped the mobile-enabled Oracle E-Business Suite. Effective
immediately, customers can access e-business applications -- such as field
sales, field service, customer intelligence, financials, supply chain and
warehouse management -- from the desktop, the Web and a variety of mobile
and wireless devices, such as Palms, Web-enabled phones, smartphones and

Releases Platform
NICE announces the release of its newest platform for customer experience
management, NICE CEM 8.7. NICE's new CEM platform is a modular solution
encompassing the NiceLog system for recording, the NiceUniverse quality
management application, as well as other modules including NICE Learning,
NICE Link, NICE Analyzer and NICE Executive Connect.
Aspect
Selects eGain
Aspect and eGain announced that they are strengthening their partnership.
Aspect named eGain as a partner for providing eService software. The two
companies plan to co-sell a unified multichannel interaction solution to
their customers.

Announces Web Sign-on
Yubé announced the availability of a simple Web sign-on. Any
administrator or user, including non-technical staff, can go to the URL:
www.yube.com/offer/trial/freetrial.html and fill out key information and
have their employees and customers start using the software right away.

Unveils Platform
Roundarch unveiled the third generation of its Enabling Technology
Platform, a pre-integrated solution that aims to accelerate time to
market, lower total cost of ownership, and reduces risk for cross-channel
CRM integration. By integrating front office and back-end applications,
the Enabling Technology Platform aims to provides a head start, and shaves
an average of 30%-70% off integration time.

Direct Partners With deuxo
Sunset Direct will use deuxo's sales lead optimization technology as part
of its own sales and marketing processes. In addition, Sunset Direct may
expand its service offering to include lead optimization through deuxo's
Intelligent Optimization solution, and anticipates that the deuxo system
will enable the company and its customers to boost their sales

Total revenues were $5.2 million for the second fiscal quarter, ended June
