Primus announced that FrontRange has chosen the Primus Answer Engine to enable enhanced self-service and assisted service to its customer base. The Primus Answer Engine is designed to provide interactive Web self-service by delivering answers to customer questions from existing online content. PacifiCare has chosen the Vignette Advanced Deployment Server (VADS) for its flexibility and rapid implementation features. These features aim to cut site deployment time by allowing PacifiCare's IT personnel to install, configure and run content and other data more quickly.

eMation With Beckman Coulter
eMation announced an enterprise software licensing agreement with Beckman Coulter for the eMation DRM Device Relationship Management system. Epicor announced that Tommy Boy Music has selected Epicor's eCommerce StoreFront to be implemented with its existing eBackOffice system from Epicor. Tommy Boy Music will use Epicor eCommerce StoreFront to sell artist-related merchandise, vinyl records and hard-to-get CD's from its new Web site storefront, TommyBuy.com, scheduled to launch in early September.

TeleSpear Earns Siemens Certification
TeleSpear announced that it has completed testing in Siemens Enterprise Networks Siemens Ready Developer Support Program for operation with the company's Hicom 300, Hicom 330, Hicom 150 H and HiPath ProCenter communications platforms.
