eMation Announces Fast Forward Program
eMation announced a new program called Fast Forward that can get equipment and device manufacturers up and running with the benefits of DRM in as little as 30 days. Through the Fast Forward program, eMation aims to DRM-enable virtually any communications-ready intelligent device, delivering to manufacturers new Internet-based remote diagnostics, e-service and monitoring capabilities that provide customer service at reduced cost.

Interactive Intelligence is launching the latest version of its e-mail and web auto response solution, e-FAQ version 2.1. ILe-FAQ turns static FAQs into interactive FAQs and automating e-mail and web responses.



Oracle Embraces Voice Technology
Oracle announced support for the creation and deployment of voice-enabled services across its technology and applications software. Voice support aims to become a key component of other Oracle software and services, including Oracle E-Business Suite, OracleMobile Online Studio and Oracle JDeveloper.

UCMS Selects IEX
IEX announced that United Customer Management Solution selected the company's TotalView Workforce Management Solution to automate the agent scheduling process for its 500 agent contact center site in Australia. The multimedia feature provides UCMS a tool for forecasting, scheduling and managing customer contacts regardless of whether a customer uses telephone, email, fax, voicemail or Webchat.
