Amcat and TeleSpear have partnered to release Web-enabled computer
telephony software for call centers. In addition to the traditional
telephony communication formats, Internet users may now use as many as ten
added touch points to communicate with businesses. Web collaboration,
Chat, e-video, e-fax and automated e-tours are just a few of the channels
included in the customer communication software.

Launches CRM Consultancy
ClientReps.com announced it is offering Customer Relationship Management
consultancy services to its clients. Kathleen Torlucci will be the
Regional Director.
noHold
Launches Instant Support
noHold has introduced noHold Instant Support, its flagship solution. Built
on noHold's proprietary artificial intelligence technology, Instant
Support empowers users to solve technical problems online through a
chat-like interface built into a company's Web site, allowing support
agents to concentrate on more complex problems.
Avaya
And PowerDsine Together
Avaya and PowerDsine announced they are building a switching system that
delivers data and power over existing Ethernet networks and is based on
open industry standards. The new system, announced in Israel last week, is
called the Avaya P333T-PWR. It will integrate PowerDsine's Power over LAN
technology into Avaya's P330 stackable switching system family.
Oracle
Provides Infrastructure
Oracle announced that RedSheriff has selected Oracle as the technology
platform for its next generation of analysis solutions. RedSheriff
licensed the software from Australia Pty Limited, a subsidiary of Oracle

And Antenna Software
Motorola announced that they are working together to deliver Antenna's Web
and wireless field service management solution, AntennaTools, on
Motorola's Timeport P935 personal communicator. The relationship is
expected to help Motorola extend its reach in the field-service wireless
enterprise applications market for the Timeport P935 two-way messaging

Signs Contract With NCR
net.com and NCR announced the selection of NCR's Worldwide Customer
Services Division as net.com's service vendor. NCR will provide
installation and maintenance services for net.com's networking equipment
and other multivendor equipment in more than 600 locations.

Implemented By Transcomm
Astea announced that Transcomm is upgrading customer service with Astea's
AllianceEnterprise eCRM Suite. Transcomm is deploying AllianceEnterprise
to integrate management of call center customer support, field service and
logistics followed by additional integrations of sales order processing,
product life cycle management, professional services and the company's
