Applied Innovation Management (AIM) announces the release of Version 6.5
of the Expert Family of Web-Based software solutions, including HelpDesk
Expert for IT Support, HelpDesk Expert for Customer Support, Bug/Defect
Tracking Expert, Asset Expert and Change Management Expert. Improvements
on this version include an enhanced GUI and navigational structure, a
reporting feature has been enhanced to incorporate Microsoft Excel
Reporting, and new alarm capabilities.

Oracle announced that Oracle9i Application Server (Oracle9iAS) continues
to gain momentum as businesses are looking for ways to improve the
performance and scalability of their Web applications, while spending less
on costly hardware and information technology (IT) resources. By
leveraging the Web caching technology built into Oracle9iAS, customers can
see up to 100 times improvement in Web site performance and serve more

Motors With Nortel Call Center Solution
Kia Motors America has deployed an eBusiness solution from Nortel Networks
to provide a CRM system that aims to create improved customer experiences
and foster customer loyalty. Using Nortel Networks Clarify eFrontOffice,
the Kia Motors America CRM system connects four regional offices and an
outsourced call center with customer service agents and field service
representatives at Kia dealerships to leverage customer insight and
enhance sales and service capabilities.

S.A. Adopts Peregrine
Peregrine announced that Nestle S.A. will use Peregrine's ServiceCenter 4
solution for managing its IT services. Providing a service management
solution, ServiceCenter 4 will replace the Tivoli Service Desk suite in
Nestle offices.

Edwards Selects MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that J.D. Edwards & Company selected
MicroStrategy 7 as the platform for the newly launched J.D. Edwards
Business Intelligence system. J.D. Edwards Business Intelligence is a
MicroStrategy-based monitoring and analytical reporting system designed to

Implements For Inbound Call Center
Firstwave announced the first use of its new technology by an inbound call
center. Firstwave aims to enable a centralized communication center that
can interact with the client using all the new media forms of
communication like e-mail, web site, WAP, and mobile telephony as well as
the traditional communication methodology of the call center, the phone.

Adds Certified Partners
Control-F1 announced that it has finalized Certified Partner agreements
with five additional reseller partners: Allegiant Technology, Connections
for Business, Marketwise Consulting, The Stratus Group, and Vikor. The
agreements enable each of these organizations to resell Control-F1
software as a part of their solution, joining an ever-growing network of
