EFS Selects ServiceWare

Oracle announced that Covisint and Oracle have finalized a technology and
licensing agreement. Oracle will provide Covisint with the B2B software

will implement the Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Exchange Marketplace,
Oracle technology platform and Oracle Internet Developer Suite, following

Broadbase announced that it has completed the acquisition of Decisionism.
Decisionism provides B2B e-commerce solutions that enable net market

Announces Resolution Of SEC Inquiry
MicroStrategy announced it has resolved the Securities and Exchange
Commission's inquiry into the Company's March 2000 financial restatement.
The SEC did not assess a monetary penalty against the Company. The Company
cooperated with the SEC in its inquiry

California Vacations Selects Apropos
Apropos announced that Mammoth California Vacations has selected Apropos'
Multimedia Interaction Management Solution for its customer service
contact center. The Apropos solution will enable Mammoth California

Skymach
Selects Calico
Calico announced that Skymach has chosen Calico's suite of eBusiness
applications to power its public and private Web-based offerings. Skymach
will use the suite of Calico eBusiness applications, including: Calico
Market Maker, the company's one-to-many and many-to-many marketplace
solution, Calico Advisor, the company's configuration and recommendation
application; Calico Loyalty Builder, a customer personalization and
customization application; and Calico Price Point, the company's custom
pricing software.
