RightNow announced that its RightNow Web customer service suite has been
selected by more than 40 educational institutions. Thirteen educational
institutions selected RightNow Web in the last six months. RightNow Web,
which combines self-service, email management, live chat and feedback
tools, aims to allow educational institutions to provide improved service.

Delano announced that Sharper Image is using Delano's e-service solution
to provide e-mail and web-based customer support on its e-commerce site,
www.sharperimage.com. The Sharper Image is using Delano to track and
monitor its e-mail customer service performance, to streamline e-mail
response processes, and to access statistical data.

iCommunicate announces that Gigabyte Computer Stores has selected the
iCommunicate.NET technology for its web-based support service needs.
Gigabyte chose iCommunicate.NET after conducting a search for a customer
interaction tracking solution that would enable staff to work smarter
