Peregrine Systems Forges Relationships With IBM
Peregrine announced that it has entered into a relationship with Tivoli Systems to strengthen the existing integration of complementary Peregrine products such as ServiceCenter and AssetCenter with Tivoli Enterprise systems and network management products for the benefit of customers. Peregrine will acquire the Tivoli Service Desk suite of products and certain related assets for $105 million in total consideration.

By adding iCommunicate to its website, Little Switzerland plans to introduce to online retailing a "bricks and mortar" class of customer service akin to that which is expected in jewelry and gift boutiques.
