Peregrine announced that it has entered into a relationship with Tivoli

systems and network management products for the benefit of customers.
Peregrine will acquire the Tivoli Service Desk suite of products and
certain related assets for $105 million in total consideration.

iCommunicate.NET customer service and support suite for its online
counterpart. By adding iCommunicate to its website, Little Switzerland
plans to introduce to online retailing a "bricks and mortar"
class of customer service akin to that which is expected in jewelry and
gift boutiques.
