engine, which turns text-based content into a spoken audio format.
Speechify aims to enhance the caller experience of automated phone

NetManage announced that VuePoint has integrated NetManage's SupportNow
Software Developers Kit into its VuePoint Learning System. As an addition

enables trainers and instructors to work on the same application or view

BackWeb advanced its Universal Push initiative by adding Short Message
Service wireless delivery to the BackWeb Push Application Server. The
release of the Push Application Server provides e-businesses with a

and email.

Quadstone and Prime Response announced a partnership that will offer

Survey Results
Servicesoft announced the findings of a survey, which identifies issues
consumers face with their online customer service experience. Survey
participants were asked to order a given product online and use any
customer interaction capabilities available on each site. Top findings
include: 94% of self-service components were limited to static FAQs, and
of the sites providing email, 56% took more than two business days to
respond to questions.

Metrix announced that Nucletron has selected the Metrix ProductService CRM
application to manage its service organization. Nucletron expects the
Metrix application suite to provide information and support, and when

CoVia announced it has provided the technology platform for IntuitAdvisor.
CoVia's technology gives IntuitAdvisor users the power to deliver
