Pivotal and Datawest announced demand chain network solutions designed for

Joins Remedy
Remedy and Vector has announced that Vector Networks has joined the Remedy
Corporation Product Partners Program. The partnership brings together
Vector Network's desktop management and Remedy's helpdesk application;

Quintus
Extends International Services
Quintus announced the extension of its customer support services with the
addition of a technical support center to its sales offices in the United
Kingdom. Also announced was the appointment of Paul Bell, support industry
veteran, to head the regional operations as Europe, Middle East and Africa

Partners With KnowledgeFarm
Lionbridge and KnowledgeFarm announced a partnership to develop
multilingual knowledge management services for customer service and
support operations. KnowledgeFarm and Lionbridge will jointly develop
service offerings designed to enable customer service and support
operations deploying knowledge management solutions to provide these
services in multiple languages.

Used at Stanford
Servicesoft announced that Stanford University has implemented
Servicesoft's knowledge-based system, Servicesoft 2001, to enable human
resources staff to access information regarding employee benefits via the
university's Intranet.

Completes Acquisition of MyHelpDesk
PCsupport.com announced the completion of the acquisition of the assets
and certain liabilities of MyHelpdesk. The addition of MyHelpdesk's
searchable knowledge base of technical support solutions adds a user
self-help capability to the eSupport offering.

Bank Rolls Out Onyx
Onyx announced that New Zealand's ASB Bank is rolling out 3,000 seats of
Onyx Employee Portal. With Onyx 2000, ASB Bank has a platform capable of
providing its business units with access to information on customer
processes to the bank's mainframe-based transaction processing
application.
TNT
Post Group Selects Industri-Matematik
Industri-Matematik announced TNT Post Group has selected its VIVALDI
software for a CRM system. It will deploy VIVALDI contact center
capabilities to manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers.
Additionally, TPG will use VIVALDI marketing and sales automation software
to measure, monitor and modify sales campaigns.
