applications produces a solution for scheduling and dispatch of field
technicians in the Customer Services Market.

Opens Toronto Office
Aprimo announced the opening of a Toronto office to address the demand in
Canada for the company's web-based marketing management platform, Aprimo
Marketing. Aprimo is moving to build a sales and support team and ensure

Spherion and Witness announced Spherion's deployment of the eQuality
recording and evaluation solutions from Witness Systems. In addition to
leveraging the eQuality software to help deliver service, Spherion is also

Everdream
Chooses HP
Everdream announced an agreement with the Hewlett-Packard Company to make
HP Vectra VL400 desktop computers the desktop PC of choice for its
subscription computing service. Everdream currently uses HP Omnibook 6000
notebook PCs for its Dreambook Mobile Computing Package users and the HP
NetServer for small office LAN solutions.
