recommend a merger under the name of NavisionDamgaard. The merger is

Made2Manage and ServiceWare announced that Made2Manage will implement
ServiceWare's eService Suite 3.0 to improve customer satisfaction and
productivity. The combined solution will provide Made2Manage customers

Labs Uses BroadVision
BroadVision and QoS Labs announced the launch of its service offerings and
unveiling of its joint live site, Grupo Gigante. The site, built with
BroadVision Retail Commerce, enables Gigante to offer more than 10,000
products and services to customers located in Mexico and the United
States.

Announces CRM Solution 4
NCR announced the latest release of its CRM tool, NCR CRM Solution version
4. This release unifies NCR's Relationship Optimizer product line with
that of Ceres Integrated Solutions. It enables marketers to engage in
dialogues with their customers across various channels, including Web
sites, kiosks, ATMs, call centers and emails.
Belgian
Army Expands Use Of Infra
The Belgian Army has expanded its use of Infra support software to the
internal helpdesk and Human Resources department of its Telecommunications
division. This implementation is part of an expansion of Infra throughout
BEMILTEL, with anticipated future use in the wider Belgian Armed Forces.
Acxiom
Uses Oracle
Oracle announced that Acxiom is using an Oracle data warehouse solution to
power its customers' target marketing and CRM activities. The Oracle data
warehouse solution aims to enable businesses to combine their own customer
data with Acxiom-provided data to better analyze and model their markets
and customer bases.
Broadbase
and Intershop Join Forces
Broadbase and Intershop announced the availability of an adapter that
enables integration of Intershop's Enfinity application with Broadbase's
e-marketing personalization capabilities. With the integration of
Broadbase, Intershop Enfinity users are provided with metrics that serve
as the platform to provide automated customer interactions. The
integration of Broadbase and Enfinity automates the process of data
extraction and transformation.
