Announces eManufacturing With Microsoft
Epicor introduced the availability of Epicor eManufacturing. The new
product features database support and both Progress and Microsoft SQL
Server databases. eManufacturing also features the incorporation of Epicor
eCommerce Storefront, to bring manufacturers a solution for eCommerce and
global business.

Delivers to SquareTrade
Kana announced SquareTrade is deploying Kana's eRM solution. Employing
Kana aims to increase SquareTrade's knowledge management services,
enabling the company to build additional functionality into its product
offering and provide e-businesses and marketplaces with a relationship
management support system.
Deutsche
Telekom and Interactive Intelligence Sign Agreement
Interactive Intelligence and Deutsche Telekom announced a distribution
agreement through which Deutsche Telekom will market, distribute and
support the Interaction Center platform, Interactive Intelligence's
software suite, in Germany. The Interaction Center Platform has been
designed to replace communication devices like PBXs, automatic call
distributors, interactive voice recognition systems, voice mail systems,
fax servers, Web gateways and computer telephony middleware.

Web Powered by Blue Martini
Blue Martini announced that United Web selected and implemented the Blue
Martini Customer Interaction System to power its Web site operations and
provide apparel-buying services to customers through its site: theEX.IT.
theEX.IT will be able to record registered customers' interests and
shopping behavior, and then provide an improved experience through
customer touchpoints. The features provided by the Blue Martini Customer
Interaction System help theEX.IT to manage and refresh a database.
Nortel
And Ironside Manage Technologies
Nortel Networks and Ironside Technologies plan to address managing
separate Internet technologies and critical customer information from
various on-line marketplaces with a CRM solution enabling suppliers to
participate in trading exchanges through a single point of entry. It is
expected to help business suppliers reduce transaction costs, grow
incremental revenues, streamline operations and improve customer service
through e-marketplaces.
ServiceWare
Appoints Scott Schwartzman To VP
ServiceWare announced the appointment of Scott Schwartzman to the position
of VP of global enterprise services. Schwartzman joins ServiceWare with 13
years senior-level business and technology experience from market-leading
companies including Firepond, SAP America and Revlon.
