iCommunicate.NET, nonprofits will have the ability to communicate online
with potential volunteers, donors, and the constituencies they serve.

Becomes FrontRange ISV
Control-F1 announced that they have completed and become a certified
FrontRange Solutions ISV (integrated software vendor). Customers that
purchase the Control-F1 Database Bridge will have a solution that enables
communication between eSupport delivery and incident tracking. Control-F1
will store diagnostic data and session logs generated by Control-F1 into
the GoldMine FrontOffice 2000.
InfoCast
and InstantService.com Partner
InfoCast announced its partnership with InstantService.com. The
partnership combines InstantService.com's live human interaction with
InfoCast's eTEAM software. With eTEAM, customer service agents can create
messages with voice, text, images and dynamic markup. The communication is
then sent as an e-mail attachment or other file transfer using the agents'
existing software.
Quintus
Delays Quarterly Report
Quintus Corporation has delayed filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2000, pending
completion of the investigation of revenue and accounts receivable for
that period as well as for earlier periods. Quintus' Board of Directors
has placed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alan Anderson on
administrative leave. The Board of Directors has designated Paul Bartlett,
the company's Chief Operating Officer, as the acting Chief Executive
Officer of the company.
Secure
E-commerce Using XML
Netegrity announced that it is working with a group of companies to define
the first standard for enabling secure e-commerce transactions using XML.
The industry's first major collaboration, called Security Services Markup
Language (S2ML), will create a common language for sharing security
information about transactions and end users between companies engaged in
online B2B and B2B2C transactions. Authors of the S2ML specification are
Bowstreet, Commerce One, Jamcracker, Netegrity, Sun Microsystems, VeriSign
and webMethods.
Quaero
Names New Employees
Quaero announced it has named Paul Becker as President of Quaero msi - its
marketing consulting and systems integration group. Becker brings more
than 18 years of experience to Quaero, following positions at Naviant
Marketing Solutions, MRJ Technology Solutions and General Electric.
