BroadVision
Introduces One-to-One Enterprise 6
BroadVision introduced the next generation of BroadVision One-To-One
Enterprise. BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise Version 6 will add Java 2
Platform, Enterprise Edition support, including support for Enterprise
JavaBeans component architecture, JavaServer Pages technology and Java
Servlet application programming interfaces. With the addition of support
for J2EE technology, One-To-One Enterprise customers will be able to
customize, extend and modify their BroadVision-based e-business solutions
using popular J2EE technologies
Oracle
To Work With Sideware
Oracle announced plans to work with Sideware to integrate Sideware’s Web
collaboration solutions with the Oracle E-Business Suite. The Sideware
integration with the Oracle E-Business Suite is expected to enhance
capabilities of Oracle’s CRM applications. Sideware’s solutions are
expected to augment the E-Business Suite with online collaboration
enhancements of live-chat, whiteboarding, co-browsing and Web page push
capabilities.
BICONIX
and Applix Complete Solution
Applix and and BICONIX announced the completion and delivery a Customer
Analytics solution. Applix has developed a 64-bit processing architecture,
leveraging its Online Analytical Processing technology. The Applix
solution provides Pelephone with the capabilities to analyze the cellular
usage activity of subscribers so that Pelephone can offer its users the
best rates and service available.
MidwayUSA
Uses Interactive Intelligence
MidwayUSA is using customer interaction management software by Interactive
Intelligence to help improve customer service. Midway is using Interactive
Intelligence's product called Customer Interaction Center. According to
Interactive Intelligence, this architecture reduces start-up and
maintenance costs, simplifies administration, and increases
ease-of-customization.
Acxiom
and Delano Form Alliance
Delano and Acxiom announced an alliance to provide clients with solutions
for CDI and analysis of customer behavior and preference. Acxiom will use
Discovery Suite, Delano's analytic platform, to help its own clients
analyze customer data, and will also resell Discovery Suite and Customer
Discovery. Customer Discovery is a Web-based application that integrates
e-commerce data with sources of customer information to create an improved
customer view.
InsuranceNoodle.com
Selects Synchrony
Synchrony announced its customer interaction management solution has been
selected by InsuranceNoodle.com. Synchrony's solution will integrate
InsuranceNoodle's communication and transaction channels, providing a
single view of customers whether they communicate by phone, fax, email or
live chat and collaboration on the Internet.
