Vignette announced Vignette eWireless is available and shipping to
customers. eWireless enables companies to conduct B2B transactions and
exchange information with business applications using any wireless device.
The product allows a company's employees, customers and trading partners
to conduct transactions -- such as purchasing from product catalogs,
approving requisitions or accessing back-end applications -- from their
handheld wireless device. Devices supported include WAP-based phones, PDAs
and pagers.

and SkyTel Form Relationship
Strategy.com and SkyTel announced a business relationship. Via its
wireless two-way messaging services, Skytel will now offer customers
personalized financial, news and weather reports from Strategy.com.

Unveils OpenView
HP announces OpenView, a mobile e-services management initiative designed
to provide its telecommunications customers and service providers greater
infrastructure management and security solutions to win in the wireless
environment. HP OpenView has developed the Smart Plug-Ins for the Nokia
Activ Server that enables the monitoring of event management, performance
management and reporting within the overall network environment.
Tally
Systems to Manage at Ford
Tally Systems announced that Ford has selected TS.Census to automate
hardware and software discovery and asset tracking for 100,000 desktops at
Ford Motor Company headquarters and offices worldwide. Tally Systems will
help Ford manage 80,000 domestic and 20,000 international PCs to plan and
budget for technology migrations, ensure software license compliance, and
better position Ford to act when implementing transformational information
technology.
Fujitsu
Chooses TECHMAR
TECHMAR has been selected by Fujitsu Products of America to help their
sales organization increase marketing program ROI and manage and
distribute leads. TECHMAR is working with 30 dealers for Fujitsu by
handling inbound responses to marketing programs and referring prospects
to internal sales groups as well as VARs and resellers.
