Scribe announced the availability of packaged CRM integration solutions.
Scribe’s CRM integration solutions aim to maximize the return on CRM
investments by identifying customer-focused information, capturing
critical data from the Web, ERP applications, and other lead sources, and
allowing it all to be shared with the CRM application. These solutions
empower CRM applications to act as the “hub” for customer information,
supporting customer-related business processes such as leads, quotes,
orders and customer profiles.

Teams With Virtual University
iCommunicate announces that it has been selected to provide its online
customer service technology for Virtual University Enterprises (VUE). VUE
selected iCommunicate to provide its exam customers in the Americas with
access to messaging with customer support representatives using the
iCommunicate.NET online customer service suite. iCommunicate live chat
enables customers to get answers without having to telephone VUE.
ServiceWare
and Excell Global Join
ServiceWare and Excell Global Services announced that Excell has chosen
ServiceWare’s eService Suite to build its global customer support and
knowledge management infrastructure. Excell will use ServiceWare’s
solutions to deliver answers to its clients’ customers, as well as
provide them with a self-service option over the Web, as part of its
support center outsourcing business.
Sideware
Settles Legal Disputes
Sideware has entered into agreements to settle its remaining legal
disputes with former management. Sideware will receive payments totaling
$250,000, and will issue 20,000 shares and pay $32,000 to a former
director. The remaining legal claims between Sideware and former
management will be terminated.
Apropos
and Lipstream Team
Apropos and Lipstream announced the integration of Lipstream's Live Voice
service into its Apropos Multimedia Interaction Management solution. The
new solution offers contact centers improved service, PC to PC
Voice-over-IP communication and customer interaction capability. Lipstream
provides a network for VoIP applications adding Internet chat capability
to Apropos' interaction management applications.

Partners With Vignette
1eEurope announced a partnership with Vignette that enhances 1eEurope's
ability to deliver e-business solutions. The partnership enables 1eEurope
to tap Vignette's e-business and CRM technologies as it evaluates customer
needs and develops solutions to meet them.
