ICT GROUP announced it has launched ICT Database Marketing Services, a
business unit providing data mining, data segmentation and data
warehousing services. Through a set of database marketing and data
segmentation techniques, the service offering of ICT Database Marketing
Services is designed to increase sales conversion and customer
satisfaction, retention and loyalty rates, while decreasing costs and
optimizing opportunities for existing and prospective clients.
RightNow
Web Empowers Customers and Improves Support
RightNow announced that Schwinn/GT Bicycles has implemented RightNow Web
as its online support system. RightNow Web enables Schwinn/GT to enhance
the online customer experience and improve support team efficiency.

And Applix Team
Applix and PricewaterhouseCoopers announced that they are working with
energy leader BP Amoco in its Houston-based Deep-Water business unit to
develop an Internet-based business planning, forecasting & reporting
system. The Deep-Water business unit manages offshore energy exploration
for the corporation in the Gulf of Mexico. The new application for the BP
Amoco business unit uses Applix's iTM1 On-line Analytical Processing
(OLAP) technology for Internet-based planning or iPlanning.
IslandData
Signs Novell
IslandData announced that it has signed Novell as a customer of
ExpressResponse. With the implementation of three new online services,
digitalme, instantme, and JustOn, Novell looked to ExpressResponse by
IslandData as a solution that would provide a means of supporting new
customers’ e-mail requests and questions, and provide comprehensive
reporting tools.
Fujitsu
Selects Motive
Fujitsu announced it will deploy an international e-service network based
on Motive Communications' e-service platform. FPC will provide
Internet-based service powered by Motive to consumer and commercial users
of Fujitsu notebooks and pen tablets in the United States, Canada and
Central America, and consumer and commercial users of pen tablets in
Europe.

Airways Has Installed CHARTER
British Airways London Eye has installed CHARTER continuum. CHARTER
continuum, from Swallow Information Systems, assists organizations to
manage, track, and report on customer feedback from phone calls, letters,
or faxes.
VoiceGenie
Includes SpeechWorks
VoiceGenie has added the SpeechWorks speech recognition solution to its
VoiceXML platform. VoiceXML compliant applications can now be
speech-enabled using the SpeechWorks solution via the VoiceGenie Telephony
server.
