Asera announced an agreement for Asera to integrate E.piphany's CRM

Announces Web Interaction V 3.0
Aspect announced the general availability of version 3.0 of Aspect Web
Interaction, a customer relationship software application that gives Web

TimeTo
and SafeHarbor.com Partner
SafeHarbor.com announced that TimeTo has committed to partner with the
SafeHarbor to deliver customer and technical support services for its new
Website, developed in association with AARP and designed to benefit
individuals and their families between the ages of 40-65 with
intergenerational planning events. By leveraging SafeHarbor.com’s hosted
customer support solutions, TimeTo will be able to accelerate time to
market, lower in-house support costs, and deliver improved customer

Convergys
Announces Catalys Release 5.0
Convergys announced the availability of Catalys Release 5.0, Convergys'
global billing and customer care solution. Key feature of this Catalys
release is its DSL management solution, which enables bundling of an ISPs
own DSL services with those of other DSL providers. The solution provides
a platform to support relationships with multiple vendors and multiple
end-users.
Circuit
City Standardizes on MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that Circuit City Stores selected MicroStrategy
software as the platform of choice for its organization's business
intelligence needs. Circuit City will use MicroStrategy's Platform to
provide reporting capabilities to company executives and store managers,
mall-based Circuit City Express stores and Circuit City's finance
operation. Sales analysis reporting and eCRM are among the several
applications Circuit City will be building on the MicroStrategy platform.

Title Insurance Fund Selects Janna
Janna announced that Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund has selected Janna
Enterprise Suite 2001 to manage its relationships with its member agents.
Through this solution, Fund staff will be able to access consolidated
customer information, aiming to improve customer response time and enhance
customer relationships.
University
of Richmond Uses Sideware
Sideware announced that the University of Richmond is using Sideware’s
web-based customer service solution. Available as part of the
university’s online information technology help desk, Sideware’s Dr.
Bean solution will assist students and faculty who have questions about
campus-related technologies.
BroadVision
and Intel Form Alliance
BroadVision and Intel announced an e-Business alliance to develop and
market solutions built on BroadVision's suite of e-business applications
and Intel-based servers. The goal of this alliance is to provide customers
with solutions that offer a better price/performance ratio than comparable
solutions running on other processor architectures.
