Convergys Announces Catalys Release 5.0
Convergys announced the availability of Catalys Release 5.0, Convergys' global billing and customer care solution. Key feature of this Catalys release is its DSL management solution, which enables bundling of an ISPs own DSL services with those of other DSL providers. The solution provides a platform to support relationships with multiple vendors and multiple end-users.



Circuit City Standardizes on MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that Circuit City Stores selected MicroStrategy software as the platform of choice for its organization's business intelligence needs. Circuit City will use MicroStrategy's Platform to provide reporting capabilities to company executives and store managers, mall-based Circuit City Express stores and Circuit City's finance operation. Sales analysis reporting and eCRM are among the several applications Circuit City will be building on the MicroStrategy platform.
