Martini Announces Version 4.0
Blue Martini announced an upgrade of its flagship application, the Blue
Martini Customer Interaction System. With Version 4.0 of the Customer
Interaction System, Blue Martini introduces a B-to-B Edition to support
BtoB transactions and processes. Additionally, Version 4.0 debuts a
cross-channel campaign management module and capability for content and
product information to be managed from outside, as well as inside, the
enterprise.

Taps Sideware
2Bridge and Sideware announced a partnership through which Sideware’s
eCRM software will be integrated into 2Bridge’s homepage and customer
service site, Club2Bridge. Sideware’s Web-based customer service
solution will be offered as an e-service to 2Bridge customers as well.

Releases DynaHelp
eHelp announced the upcoming release of the new DynaHelp 1.5 enterprise
self-assistance software. DynaHelp 1.5 is a self-assistance software
solution for eBusiness that "learns" from customer interactions
and improves Web site usability.
Avolent
Acquires Solant
Avolent announced an agreement to acquire Solant. The products and
operations of the two companies aims to impact the BtoB and BtoC billing,
invoicing and Internet self-service strategies of traditional and
e-commerce enterprise.
Kana
Announces Alliance Agreements
Kana Communications announced that the company has secured alliance
agreements with four eCommerce Integrators including Andersen Consulting,
IBM, and KPMG Consulting, in addition to a formal agreement previously
signed with Sapient. Kana's alliance partners use the Kana solution to
enhance customer loyalty, generate additional revenue opportunities and
reduce the cost of eRM.

Awarded Users Choice Award
Synchrony was awarded the Users Choice Award at the Customer Relationship
Management Support Services Conference in San Francisco presented by
RealMarket and Customer Support Management magazine. Synchrony received
the Best in Class award in the hosted applications category for its
