Siebel and Hyperion announced an alliance to deliver an integrated suite
of e-business analytic applications. Hyperion intends to integrate its
suite of packaged e-CRM analysis applications and the Hyperion Essbase
OLAP Server with Siebel eBusiness. The companies will also engage in joint
marketing and collaborative sales programs.

and Support.com Partner
ENTEX IT Service and Support.com announced a partnership to offer
Support.com's support solutions to ENTEX Fortune 1000 clients. ENTEX has
dedicated an implementation team, utilizing Support.com products, to
deliver solutions that enhance interaction among employees, clients and
business partners. ENTEX, which provides support to over 770,000

Getronics and Applix announced an alliance today in which Getronics will

Announces CMS
NSDI Teleperformance announces its new Campaign Management System (CMS) to
improve communications with clients. CMS gives clients access to campaign
information and reports on their customer-service programs via the
internet.
OracleSalesOnline.com
Continues Pace
Oracle announced that more than 6,000 enterprises are now actively
managing their sales activities with OracleSalesOnline.com. Launched in
August, OracleSalesOnline.com is a free online service that provides
businesses with access to Oracle's enterprise-strength sales automation
product via the web.

Awarded Contract from OmniChoice.com
TeleSpectrum announced that its ChannelCare division has signed a contract
with OmniChoice.com. OmniChoice.com is the outsourced purchasing agent for
small businesses looking for the best local, long distance, wireless,
paging, Internet, cable/satellite, and electricity services. In order to
provide customers with an easy experience, OmniChoice is outsourcing to
TeleSpectrum the management of inbound telephone and email correspondence
to handle technical assistance and customer service requests.
