NetManage announced the release of ViewNow InterDrive Client 7.0. Based on

features improvements in security and support. The added capability of

collaborative technical service and support.

and Ziptone Team
Quintus and Ziptone announced an alliance and joint marketing agreement.
Under the agreement, Ziptone will provide the Quintus eContact Suite of

technology from ePeople, Support.com has accelerated its entry into the

advancing the company's solution for current target markets.

and E.piphany Join Forces
Brience and E.piphany announced that Brience will partner with E.piphany
on solutions designed to deliver the E.piphany E.5 system to any wireless
device. The Brience-E.piphany relationship will allow field service and

Prime Response announced that Bouygues Telecom has selected the
PrimeResponse Prime@Vantage relationship marketing software to deliver
