eConvergent unveiled a new release of its flagship eMerge Customer

E.piphany
E.5 Available For Palm VII
E.piphany announced that it has extended access to the full E.piphany E.5
system to Palm handheld computers. Available immediately for Palm VII
series handhelds with Palm.Net service, E.piphany E.5 brings additional
touchpoints by which companies can leverage a single view of customer.
Everdream
Agreement with Ingram Micro
Everdream announced an agreement with Ingram Micro allowing Ingram Micro
to offer Everdream’s IT products and services to small and mid-sized
businesses through Ingram Micro’s VentureTech Network of resellers.
Everdream services include a 24/7solution center, secure online back-up,
virus protection, instant bug fixes, help, diagnosis and repair,
self-healing capabilities, and Internet access including Web-based email.
Metrix
Announces the Availability of Metrix 4e
Metrix announced the availability of Metrix 4e, an e-Service application
suite that enables web-based customer self-service. Metrix 4e allows
manufacturers to establish a virtual contact center. As with previous
iterations of Metrix CRM solutions, Metrix 4e continues to fill the gap
for product service in enterprise-wide CRM systems, offering visibility of
inventory, contracts, and field and repair center resources.
Primus
and How2TV Partner
Primus announced an alliance with How2TV. Through the partnership, Primus
will provide its customers with the ability to enhance their customer
support efforts using rich media content for customer self-service and
online education. How2TV will provide companies with product-specific rich
media content that will be available to users online as an integrated part
of the Primus solution.
Chordiant
and PrimeResponse Partner
Chordiant Software and PrimeResponse have joined forces to create an
integrated solution that will enable e-businesses to merge relationship
marketing with operational eCRM across channels. The alliance between the
two vendors will enable customers to engage in personalized marketing
activity during routine interactions with customers, regardless of the
channel used.
Lloyds
TSB Partners With PrimeResponse
Prime Response announced that Lloyds TSB has selected the PrimeResponse
Prime@Vantage product as a key enabler of its eCRM strategy. This will
benefit Lloyds TSB customers by improving the relevance, timeliness and
personalization of its marketing communications. The solution will enable
Lloyds TSB to identify leads and opportunities within its customer
database and develop and execute focused communications.

With Servicesoft
Servicesoft announced that JetForm has adopted the Servicesoft 2001 suite
to reduce costs, while providing its customers with better service aiming
to lead to increased customer satisfaction.
Support.com
and Elsevier Training
Support.com announced Elsevier Training intends to provide automated and
personalized PC support to users across Europe by supplying Support.com's
eSupport software package. Support.com partner, IP Globalnet, has been
selected to supply software and consulting services for the implementation
of Support.com's Healing Agent as part of Elsevier Training's PC Home
project. In such projects, companies supply PC's to their employees for
use at home with the reassurance that Elsevier Training will provide not
just the training for all the software tools but also IT support and
warranty and repair services.
Vignette
Joins Oracle Wireless Partner Initiative
Vignette announced that it has joined the Oracle Wireless Partner
Initiative. Vignette's V/5 Content Management Server and its V/5 Lifecycle
Personalization Server will be integrated with Oracle-9i Application
Server Wireless Edition to provide a wireless portal solution. Oracle-9i
AS Wireless Edition allows telcos and enterprises to provide new and
existing Internet applications or content for wireless-enabled devices
including: smart phones, pagers, PDAs and handheld computers.
