Block Selects ServiceWare
ServiceWare announced that H&R Block has purchased ServiceWare’s
eService Suite 3.0 to increase service center productivity and improve
customer satisfaction. ServiceWare’s eService Suite will help H&R
Block provide customer service to its online clients and provide its own
associates with an online resource tool.

Announces ESP v3.7
CustomerSoft announced the release of version 3.7 of the company’s ESP
CRM software. The ESP v.3.7 upgrade includes workflow process
functionality, an activities tracking feature that is interactive with
Microsoft Office, and more customization capabilities.

Speechify Engine Helps Yahoo!
SpeechWorks announced that Yahoo! is using SpeechWorks' Speechify
Text-to-Speech engine to convert Yahoo! Mailtext messages to speech for
the Yahoo! by Phone service. People who use Yahoo! by Phone can now listen
to their Yahoo! Mail text messages over any phone in a synthesized voice.

solutions suite, Xchange Real Time, is now available. Real Time
synchronizes customer data across multiple channels so customers enjoy a
