Prime Response announced the availability of the Web-based enterprise
portal designed to maximize Return on Marketing investments. Marketing
Mission Control empowers marketers with a global view of campaigns,
including analytical results for each stage of execution, allowing
marketers to amend programs and maximize return on each marketing
initiative.
E.piphany
Enhances E.5
E.piphany announced that its E.piphany E.5 system has been extended to
support wireless devices. Access to the E.piphany E.5 via wireless devices
leverage capabilities for marketing, sales and service efforts: Remote
access to business insight, execution of offers and campaigns, and
self-service for customers.

Acquired by Support Performance
Service Management International announced that they sold their Compare
business to Support Performance. The Compare project was initially
launched by SMI in partnership with HDI (Help Desk Institute) and Customer
Support Management magazine. Subscribers to the Compare Portal will use
Compare navigation tools to simplify routine and complex data mining of
aggregate industry data.
Aspect
TeleCall v. 3.0.1
Aspect announced the general availability of Aspect TeleCall v. 3.0.1, a
software dialer that automates outbound customer contact methods. TeleCall
sorts out busy signals, no-answers and answering machines to send only
live calls to contact center agents.
Voice
Support From TeaLeaf
TeaLeaf announced that its solution is coming to market with support from
a broad range of eBusiness leaders to enable voicing support. TeaLeaf
provides visual replay, reporting, and analysis capabilities.
Rainmaker
Unbundles Services
Rainmaker Systems announced that its services, which formerly were
available only through a single all-inclusive service, are now available
as discrete standard services. Pricing, which formerly was a single margin
on revenues delivered, now includes a combination of margin and fee-based
options.
Selectica
With IBM
Selectica announced a relationship with IBM to help businesses deploy
e-Commerce applications built on the combination of Selectica's ISS and
IBM's WebSphere Commerce Suite. Selectica will join IBM's PartnerWorld for
Developers program.
