Cisco Systems announced the availability of Cisco E-Mail Manager 4.0. The E-Mail Manager combines contact management, Web collaboration and e-mail management with the strength of Cisco's IP telephony networking solutions in order for multiple contact channels from Web, phone and chat to VoIP, IVR, and e-mail to be managed.



Oracle Launches Xchange
Oracle launched the Oracle Technology Network Xchange, providing a global IT skills exchange. Oracle Xchange offers a single marketplace where developers can connect to buyers, customers and IT professionals hoping to purchase, sell and auction technical services.

Brightware Partners With ASI
Brightware announced a marketing alliance with ASI Solutions. The two companies will market each other’s products including ASI’s REPeValuator and the Brightware 2000 suite. The two will allow companies to hire skilled customer service and sales representatives, as well as ensure that the individuals hired are appropriate personnel to support the solution.
