E.piphany and Commerce One Team
E.piphany announced that it has been selected by Commerce One to provide its intelligent customer interaction software as part of the Commerce One portfolio of business services now available on the latest version of Commerce One.net. E.piphany E.5 will be available to e-marketplaces through Commerce One.net syndication.

eshare NetAgent 4.0
eshare announced the launch of NetAgent 4.0. NetAgent 4.0 supports both incoming phone calls and Web callback requests within the same user screen as e-mail, text chat and Web collaboration contact methods.

SpeechWorks Introduces Speechify
SpeechWorks introduced its Speechify Text-to-Speech engine that was co-developed through a relationship with AT&T. With Speechify, companies can provide customers with automated account information, product news, city names, shipping information and many other services that bring web and database content to any phone.

Teloquent Selects Brightware
Brightware announced that Teloquent has selected Brightware’s Email Assistance application to deliver enhanced multi-channel capabilities. Teloquent will use Brightware Email Assistance 4.0 to classify, route and queue email requests like their routing system that drives its solution for Web and telephone contacts.

VSI E-Contact Center
Vertical Solutions (VSI) announced that the Agfa-Gevaert Group has selected VSI to streamline the AGFA call center. VSI is engaged to resell and implement NextPage's Content Network Solution, Live Publish, in addition to integrating SAP into AGFA's Melbourne, Munich and New York offices.

SafeHarbor.com Secures $25 Million
SafeHarbor.com has completed a $25 million third round of financing including investments from OVP, Barnard & Co., Protégé Virtual Management, Wheatley Partners and Washington Mutual. The new investment will be used to continue the expansion the company has undergone over the past two years.

Blaze Advisor Version 3.1
Blaze announced enhanced business rule management capabilities and support for e-business platforms with the shipment of the Blaze Advisor Solutions Suite release 3.1. As a part of the suite, Blaze Advisor(TM) Innovator lets corporate policymakers independently create and change business policies and procedures. Policies and other business rules can be defined over the Web without programming and without specialized development environments.

Everdream Raises Over $50 million
Everdream announced the completion of the company’s third round of financing. The company provides smaller and growing offices with IT services such as a 24/7 solution center, secure online backup, virus protection, instant bug fixes, help, diagnosis and repair, self-healing capabilities and nationwide Internet access including Web-based email.
