Technologies Selects StayinFront
StayinFront announced that Navigation Technologies Corporation has signed
an agreement to implement StayinFront’s CRM suite including Visual Elk,
Panorama, and Web Works products. The Visual Elk suite is able to provide
both a Web and disconnected CRM solution, a decision support tool in
Panorama.

Partners With eSupportNow
Quintus and eSupportNow announced a partnership and joint marketing
agreement. eSupportNow will provide the Quintus eContact Suite of eCRM
software through its hosted ASP site and outsourcing services.

ZAMBA Solutions announced an alliance with E.piphany whereby ZAMBA will
provide consulting and systems integration services to implement E.piphany

Selects ServiceWare
ServiceWare announced that VisionCompass has implemented its eService

ServiceWare's technology within its support centers to allow customer
