UniPress
Partners with Marketing Outsource International
UniPress announced that it has partnered with Marketing Outsource
International (MOI) to expand its global distribution efforts to
Continental Europe. MOI will serve as the exclusive distributor of
FootPrints, UniPress’ issue tracking and help desk software, to
customers and resellers throughout Continental Europe.
eConvergent
New Service Offering
eConvergent introduced eCRM Blueprint, a consulting service that offers
CRM initiatives. The eCRM Blueprint service provides companies with
information to assess readiness for an eCRM solution, outlines
requirements, zeros in on process improvements, and provides an approach
to implementation according to business goals.
MicroStrategy
and SAIC Form Alliance
MicroStrategy announced an alliance with Science Applications
International Corporation (SAIC). SAIC will provide MicroStrategy's
business intelligence and narrowcasting capabilities to both commercial
and government customers and Microstrategy will offer MicroStrategy 7 for
data warehouses.
Horry
Selects Blue Pumpkin
Blue Pumpkin Software announced that Horry Telephone Communications has
selected Blue Pumpkin’s PrimeTime to automate workforce management in
their operator services center. PrimeTime takes the guesswork out of
forecasting and scheduling by automating those processes.
Onyx
Launches Netrading
Onyx Software has launched Netrading, a hosted offering built on the Onyx
e-Business Engine. Through Netrading businesses can develop online sales
and marketing plans, increase buying power, trade online, conduct direct
mail campaigns and capitalize on franchising opportunities.
Interactive
Intelligence and Digital River
Interactive Intelligence announced that Digital River has completed a
customer service upgrade totaling $2.75 million that includes interaction
management software by Interactive Intelligence. Digital River is using
Interactive's voice mail, fax services, advanced skills-based routing, CTI
(screen pop), Interactive Voice Response, monitoring, recording,
reporting, and remote agent capabilities.

Swings Toward Kana
Kana Communications has been selected by StockJungle.com to enhance
customer service with rapid response. Kana enables StockJungle.com to
interact with investors on a personalized level, supplying them with the
information they need and developing an online relationship.
