AFFINA Debuts LiveWebAgent
AFFINA has successfully launched its LiveWebAgent online interaction service with PacFab’s Kreepy Krauly division. LiveWebAgent technology will answer questions via a live online agent called a NetRep. The Web site visitor will receive an immediate response from a NetRep, who will communicate via the customer's choice of phone, text, chat or both.


Swallow Intros CHARTER Frontline
Swallow Information Systems has introduced CHARTER frontline to its CHARTER continuum family. The Web interface module allows staff to input and track all customer contact information from various locations. CHARTER frontline gives organizations the opportunity to capture the contact between customers and employees at the point of interaction.


Infogain Alliance with Peoplesoft
