STC Supports Siebel
STC announced its support for Siebel eBusiness 2000, the comprehensive family of eBusiness application software available from Siebel. Siebel eBusiness 2000 allows organizations to manage, synchronize, and coordinate sales, marketing and customer service across communication channels and points of customer contact including the Web, the call center, field sales and service, and reseller channels.
