FaceTime Communications, will soon be providing live customer service to
its on-line shopping site, FAO.COM. The new service is designed to enhance

will be available in time for the upcoming holiday shopping season.

STC announced its support for Siebel eBusiness 2000, the comprehensive
family of eBusiness application software available from Siebel. Siebel
eBusiness 2000 allows organizations to manage, synchronize, and coordinate
sales, marketing and customer service across communication channels and

and service, and reseller channels.
