YOUcentric, Inc. Bolsters Management Team with Vice President of Marketing

Charlotte, N.C., August 14, 2000 - YOUcentric, Inc., an eBusiness Relationship Management solutions provider, today announced that it has hired Brian Ladyman as the company's new Vice President of Marketing.

Prior to joining YOUcentric, Brian served as the Director of Corporate Marketing at Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. He was responsible for executing the overall marketing program including advertising, public relations, analyst relations, web site content, events, and lead generation campaigns.

"Brian's unique perspective and experience in the eRM market will be great assets in driving our marketing organization forward," said Don DeLoach, President and CEO, YOUcentric. "He brings a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationships, and creativity that truly strengthen the YOUcentric management team."

Before Primus, Brian was the Senior Director of Strategy for the Worldwide Consumer Sector at Oracle Corporation as well as a management consultant for A.T. Kearney.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
