Seagate Technology Selects Exact-fit eRM Solution from YOUcentric, Inc.
YOUrelate to Automate Seagate's Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Reseller Channel
Charlotte, N.C., August 7, 2000 - YOUcentric, Inc., an e-Business Relationship Management (eRM) solutions provider, today announced that Seagate Technology, Inc. (NYSE:SEG) has chosen YOUrelate software as its enterprise-wide eRM solution. The agreement will facilitate an enterprise relationship management project that will initially roll out with 2,300 connected and remote users worldwide."We were looking for a web-based solution that fit Seagate's business model, would evolve with our needs over time and, most importantly, could be deployed rapidly," said Brian Dexheimer, executive vice president, Global Sales, Marketing and Product Line Management at Seagate Technology.
