Witness Systems Announces Customer Advisory Committee and Seventh Annual `Driving Innovation' ConferenceATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 2002--Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS - News), a leading global provider of performance optimization software and services, today announced its Customer Advisory Committee (CAC) for 2003. The committee is comprised of representative customers that use the company's eQuality® software, including organizations representing the financial services, insurance, outsourcing, retail and telecommunications industries. The Witness Systems CAC will host Driving Innovation 2003, the company's annual user conference, which will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, May 14-17, 2003. This event brings together Witness Systems' customers once a year to network, explore technology trends and focus on new ways to capture customer intelligence and optimize workforce performance.
