Under the terms of the agreement, Corsidian joins Witness Systems’ Global Alliance Program as a preferred level partner, reselling its eQuality® software suite in both Mexico and the Caribbean. Corsidian is an industry-leading provider of customer contact solutions with a proven record of success with multinational Fortune 1000 companies. It brings a broad range of experience and expertise to its clients in selecting and implementing contact center solutions that help acquire new business, while increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of existing customers. In addition to eQuality, Corsidian resells contact center solutions from such companies as Computer Talk, Concerto and Rockwell.
As a Preferred Partner, Corsidian has completed technical certification and training on the eQuality software and is authorized to deliver installation and support services. In addition, the company has full access to Witness Systems’ Global Partner Program marketing and technical support, sales development tools and on-going education.
