Sandra Jimenez as managing director of the company's Latin American operations. Jimenez, who brings 20 years of sales, marketing, operations and general management
experience with Fortune 1000 technology companies, will drive the company's strategic plan for the region and help drive the adoption of workforce performance software.
According to Datamonitor(2), the total amount of call centers in Latin America is expected to grow approximately 36 percent over the next four years, rising from 4,028 in
2003, to 11,054 in 2007. In addition, total agency positions will more than double by 2007. "Companies throughout the Latin American region are realizing the
importance of implementing a world-class customer interaction recording and e-learning solutions to help increase satisfaction, strengthen their customer relationships and

Prior to joining Witness Systems, Sandra worked for several organizations where she gained extensive experience in working with Latin American companies. For two
years, Sandra was Vice President, Applications for the Latin American Division of Oracle Corporation. Prior to that, she was Vice President and Officer for the Latin
American Operations at Dun & Bradstreet Software, where she was responsible for the company's sales, consulting, marketing and financial operations in Latin
America including a wholly owned subsidiary in Brazil. Most recently, Sandra served as General Manager of U.S. Operations for Meta4 Corporation, a Spanish multinational
specializing in human and intellectual capital management solutions (HICM), and as chief executive officer of eLaw.com.
