Exhibiting in booth 501, the company will demonstrate its award-winning Impact 360(TM) Workforce Optimization solution, which unifies software and services for quality monitoring, compliance and IP recording, workforce management, performance management and e-learning under a flexible, open-systems architecture that features a single user interface, along with centralized administration and reporting.

Alban will participate in the "Reporting, Analytics and Dashboarding" panel discussion, taking place Tuesday, August 15 at 3:40 p.m. CT. Further, it will emphasize best practices for monitoring contact centers, review the latest tools available to produce the right information, and highlight current issues concerning contact center performance.

On Wednesday, August 16 at 4 p.m. CT, Durr will present at the session entitled "The Real Value of Workforce Optimization: Asurion's Story." In this joint customer presentation, he will share the platform with Loren Dennis from Asurion, a leading provider of mobile protection services for the wireless telecommunications industry. The discussion will highlight how Asurion uses workforce optimization as a launch pad to help functional units within the business execute process change. In addition, Witness Systems will take the stage at one of the event's Application Showcase Theaters. At 11:15 a.m. CT on Tuesday, August 15, Alban will share how workforce optimization is changing business dynamics.
