Dashboard Manager delivers dashboards and scorecards to the enterprise. Using these capabilities, customers can implement performance management - the strategic application of business intelligence - to improve effectiveness of the IT Organization.
Process governance is becoming more and more important. Executive management is demanding more control over the organization forced by new regulations and increased competition in the market place. With corporate budgets tightened, there is a need to know how IT processes are performing in order to assess if resources need to be shifted. Management of Key Performance Indicators related to IT Service Management is needed.
Dashboard Manager leverages HP OpenView Service Desk data and creates Dashboards to track processes and underlying key controls that are vital for keeping control over the IT Service Management goals and challenges.
It allows organizations to track historical performance of key controls related to IT service management, to compare and benchmark relative performance of processes and controls, to manage goals and risks related to IT Service Management and to manage Service Management key controls related to COBIT or Sarbanes Oxley.
“When talking to customers it became clear that more insight is required to demonstrate the business value of IT” says Marc Kuijpers, co-founder and director of Westbury. Dashboard Manager provides managers and process owners with an at-a-glance view of business performance metrics, giving them better insight into IT processes.”
“After just a few weeks, Dashboard Manager started showing us exactly on which support activities we should focus in order to improve our overall performance as a support unit. Thanks to Dashboard Manager we can easily identify historical trends”, says Jeroen Lammers, WestScope.
