New Vice President Joins Walker Information's Growing Business Development TeamDavid Iafrato joins experienced sales team specializing in customer loyalty measurement and managementINDIANAPOLIS - Focused on growing the company through new business, Walker Information has expanded the business development team, naming David Iafrato as vice president of business development. Iafrato will be responsible for new business development activities of the company, including new business acquisition, growth, and competitive analysis. Joining a sales program that spans from coast-to-coast and heavily targets information technology companies, he will be responsible for the northeast and Midwest U.S. territories. Sonya McAllister, senior vice president of business development, acknowledges the experience Iafrato brings to the business development team. "Dave's background supports Walker Information's focus on growing the business through our marketing and technology programs," McAllister said. "His past sales performance is strong and his fresh ideas will help introduce customer loyalty management in a competitive market." Prior to joining Walker Information as vice president of business development, Iafrato worked in the technology and healthcare industries. Most recently, he was a senior sales executive for Aprimo, Inc., a software company offering enterprise marketing management tools. At Walker, Iafrato is responsible for establishing relationships with potential and new clients to maximize their customer experience. Based at the company's Indianapolis headquarters, Iafrato holds a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts.
