INDIANAPOLIS – Walker Information (Company
Profile, Past
Stories, Case
Studies), the global authority in customer loyalty management (CLM), will be an active participant in the annual DCI Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) Conference & Exposition, which takes place in New York City on August 21.
Although the conference showcases CRM success stories and provides valuable customer information to CRM leaders from around the world, Walker will go one step further
and explain the importance of customer loyalty management. CLM combines scientific data with CRM, providing a fully complete picture of the customer and the customer's
relationship with the company.
"An organization can't truly capture the 'total' customer experience in a customer management process without having and integrating both CRM and CLM
information," said Walker Information Vice President Iafrato.
Several Walker leaders will attend the conference, speaking with clients, prospects, and peers and sharing insights about CRM solutions. Senior Vice President Pat
Gibbons will join Iafrato in assisting Fortune 500 company representatives, while Vice President Doug Hooton and Senior Director Andy Clark will be working with the mid-
market representatives. Together, they will be promoting Walker's unique method of combining scientific research with CRM solutions.
Walker's staff also will be demonstrating the company’s signature loyalty measurement tool, Walker SmartLoyalty. Designed to provide comprehensive research capabilities
to both enterprises and small- to mid-sized businesses, the SmartLoyalty System collects customer feedback, instantly reports information and allows associates
throughout the company to use loyalty information effectively.
