VirtualMonitor uses the same state-of-the-art recording technology as VirtualLogger™, the VoiceLog ASP/hosted solution for 100% call recording. Both VirtualMonitor and VirtualLogger are powered by Wygant Scientific, a leading developer of call center recording and quality monitoring technology with over 20 years of experience. Wygant’s Encore™ products provide the backbone of the VoiceLog offerings.
Like VirtualLogger, VirtualMonitor offers “pay-as-you-go” service, saving clients thousands of dollars in capital expense, delivering a faster and higher ROI and eliminating technological obsolescence. VirtualMonitor works by dialing into the “service observe” ports of the call center’s PBX or related technology. The system’s schedule identifies the agent(s) to monitor, performs all needed authentication steps, connects to the appropriate agent line, then records as scheduled. Various options are available when service-observe ports cannot be dialed in from outside or a higher level of security is required. Screen capture is also available.
