In his new position, Joel will be responsible for managing clients in the southeasten United States and providing consulting services nationwide.

Joel has a long and successful career in the call center industry, focused on the use of call recording and monitoring. Starting in 1991 at DialAmerica, Joel has built and directed call center operations at TCI Cable, Sylvan Prometric and Microsoft’s European division. As a consultant, Joel has worked with Startec Global Communications, Fannie Mae, several Blue Cross/Blue Shield groups, Household Bank, StateFarm Insurance, and others. He was Director of Call Center Solutions for Eyretel International and Witness Systems where he developed a Customer Experience Methodology that augmented the quality assurance best practices of clients. He is also a certified Benchmark Portal™ Consultant and Planner.
