VIRYANET AND CLICKSOFTWARE PARTNER TO BRING FIELD SERVICE OPTIMIZATION PRODUCTS TO THE WIRELESS MARKETViryaNet to Resell ClickSchedule, an Advanced Scheduling ProductSouthborough, Mass. and Campbell, Calif. — December 19, 2000 — ViryaNet (NASDAQ: VRYA), a provider of wireless workforce management solutions for field servicecommunities, and ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, ViryaNet will bundle ClickSoftware’s scheduling product, ClickSchedule, with Service Hub, its wireless workforce management solution. ClickSchedule features include: · Real-time appointment scheduling with accurate and up-to-the-minute availability. · Continual processing of service requests, which maintains the schedule and routes field service technicians optimally. · Workload balancing, which can offer different pricing based on the requested time and the availability on a per-order basis.
