CAL-AIR will utilize the ViryaNet Service Hub and solution suite to schedule, dispatch, and optimize its 260 field workers, improve its management of inventory parts and supplies, automate many of the tasks associated with contract administration and maintenance, and unite the many constituents in its service community through Web browsers, cellular telephones, personal digital assistants, and other wireless devices. With ViryaNet Service Hub, CAL-AIR expects to increase its service revenue, improve productivity, reduce capital needs, boost customer satisfaction, and facilitate a global service organization.

``Today, the companies rewriting the rules are the ones that have learned how to integrate all of their channels - including the Internet - into one seamless and powerful source for marketing, selling, supporting, and servicing customers,'' stated Win Burke, president and CEO, ViryaNet. ``They're blending technology and strategy in new ways to anticipate customer needs, fulfill demands, build market share, and increase profits.
